A Tablespoon Of : Christmas in Fort Worth 2021.

This Christmas season, I wanted to start the Christmas mood by visiting this gorgeous 55 foot Christmas Tree located at the center of Sundance Square in Downtown Fort Worth. I didn't realize that the tradition of a tree lighting ceremony was so beloved here in Fort Worth, but after seeing the tree in person, I definitely get why it is something that so many look forward to year after year.

It was extra special for me to see the grand tree in person not only because it was my first time experiencing Christmas in Fort Worth, but also because the tree was beautifully decorated by 55 hand painted Christmas ornaments. The ornaments were painted by 55 local Fort Worth Artists all commissioned with the task of creating a unique design that would make this Christmas tree the very best one yet ( In my opinion at least ).

I spotted a couple of blank Christmas ornaments on the tree and I couldn't help but to think to myself how amazing it would have been to be able to paint an ornament for the Sundance Square Tree.

A most beautiful 2021 Sundance Square Christmas tREE on a sunny winter day.

It will be interesting to see what the theme of the Christmas tree will be next year. I Can't wait for this time of year to come around again already. Wishing you all a very Merry Holiday season and an even happier new year!
